We are offering 1 year warrant for all the instruments sold.
SURSUP has equipped with a maintenance lab of over 200 square meters. The capacity of this company lab including not only calibration of optical instrument like Total Station, Theodolite and Auto Level, but also cover the RTK GPS, GIS controller and radio system. The most experenced maintenance staff will make sure your products be repaired and calibrated in a short period of time.



 Below are the typical TPT of the repair.

Total Stations with mechanical issue only:  2 working days;
Total Stations with electronic issue only: 2 working days;
Total Stations with both mechanical and electronic issue only:  3 working days;
Auto Level: 1 working days;
Digital Level: 2 working days;
RTK GPS: 2~5 working days depend on the part availability;

Special part requirement may  result in longer maintenance period.
 
Products with quality-related issues may be returned for a refund or exchange by contacting Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. Sursup.com will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred. This does not include items identified as "NC/NR" or "Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable" ("Non-Standard Products") or governed by a Purchase Agreement Letter. We will also accept exchanges for products of equal or greater value within 7 days of receiving your order as long as the products were originally purchased from sursup.com and are still in the original packaging.
Products with no quality-related issues may be returned for a refund or exchange by contacting Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees incurred.
Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return or exchange. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.
 
Quality Issues:
1.  If our staff finds that the merchandise is defective as described, you will receive a refund for the purchase price plus shipping and handling fees.
 
2.  If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you with no refund.
 
3.    For small issues like missing or damaged part, key board, please send us the photos, we will send the required part and related instructions to you for free.
 
4.    For big issues like EDX board, main board issue. We could only ask you to send the instrument back to us. Normally we will have it fixed in 10 working days and send back to you. You and we shall take care of the corresponding shipping cost on each side.
